What Causes Constant Headache?

hey how you doing? i have had a headache for 4 weeks now consant. i have taken percocet, vicodine, tylonol, ice packs heat, ect nothing seems to help. i got my eyes checked and my wisdom teeth taken out and that changed nothing. can anyone lead me in the right direction?
