What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Dizzy Spells?

I have had a headache for 3 weeks with a numb, tingly feeling in my head, teeth and roof of mouth. I feel dizzy. My eye has changed (my pupil) a couple of times. My right hand has felt odd - swollen and tingly. I am a mother of two, am 31 years old and am worried.
