What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Vomiting And Sore Throat?

Hello,i am a 20 year old girl. I had an accident in early December, which gave me a concussion. Since then, I have also been having headaches daily - they ve gradually got worse. Over the past 3 days, I ve also been vomiting and coughing loads (and a sore throat) - do you know what this is? Could this be somehow related to the head injury?
