What Causes Constant Headaches Associated With Nose Bleeds?

I am 20 and i suffer every summer with nose bleeds but i have recently noticed that i have a really bad migrane constantly and feel a bit of relief then soon after my nose starts bleeding. ive had constant headache for 4 days now and nose bleeds vary but today its been 3times.... please help
