What Causes Constant Headaches,diarrhea And Sore Chin?

I have had a headace for seven days. Not intense, just constant. It is on both temples. I have been taking one tylenol in the morning. Yesterday I developed mild diarrhea which lasted through today. When I woke up this morning the area right under my chin hurt and was sorre to the touch. Does this sound like a virus?
