What Causes Constant Hunger After Having Sex?

I just had sex for the first time on Monday, and he used a condom, made sure it didn't break, and I used 2 contraceptive gels also. Also, my period was starting in a few days. I've been having horrible stomach problems and constant hunger. I also just got my period today. What could be the problem of this constant hunger?
