What Causes Constant Lower Back Pain Post Having Miscarriage?

hi my names emma and im 24. i had a miscarriage 31/12/14 and had light bleeding for 2 days. since then i have had severe lower back pain and its constant. my hormones levels are beyond 7 so the pregnancy is over but why have i got such a sore back? emma thanks
