What Causes Constant Mucus At The Back Of Throat While Having GERD?

I have been suffering from gerd for 3 yrs and take 20mg emeprazole. I have constant mucus at the back of my throat, feeling of food stuck after meals. Recently I have had a pain umder my jaw on the left side radiating into my neck and once daily bring up a small waxy red lump from my throat which temporary eased the pain.
