What Causes Constant Muscular Twitching, Tingling Spine And Vomiting Yellow Bile?

have been sick since August. Regular er blood work,metabolic panel,d dimer,cbc,urine culture,and std tests have been done. Chest x ray,chest ct,upper endoscopy,head mri,and emg have all been done. My symptoms are constant muscle twitching everywhere,icy hot burning and tingling in my spine,feet,legs. Throwing up & defecting yellow acid bile,severe stomach pain,unable to eat,visual changes Simliar to visual snow symptoms,lighting pains.help please With any ideas. I also have a rather large changing irritated growth on my backside. I m thinking either cancer or serious autoimmune disease at this point ty.
