What Causes Constant Nausea, Cramping And Heartburn?

I have been feeling nauseated for the past couple of days, its like an all day thing. I also have some cramping and heartburn. And my friends husband told his wife I had the pregnant glow. I have ttok two pregnancy test n they said negative, but my period is not due to start til the 28 of this month.
