What Causes Constant Neck Pain Radiating To Shoulder And Finger Tips?

i had all my teeth removed and bone graphs 8 months ago and have had severe neck pain even though 6 months after everything had healed a white infection had appeared and the pain in my neck got worse. Went back to the guy that did the hack job he immediately numbed the area dug in it and sent me walking. That whole day the pain was gone but the next day the pain was back with a vengeance. To describe the pain, its a constant neck pain then from the top of my shoulder down my left down to my finger tips there s a tingling sensation.
