What Causes Constant Nose Bleeds Along With Headaches And Night Sweats?

Hi, for the last two weeks i have been having constant (bad) headaches, nosebleeds, night sweats, dizziness, neck tension pain and cold and sweaty hands and feet, i feel nervous and sometime lower back feels numb. Can you please tell me what could possibly tell me what is wrong?
