What Causes Constant Pain And Nausea After Being Diagnosed With Acute Pancreatitis?

I spent 3 days in the hospital this past week with acute pancreatitis. I got out on Thursday. Since then, I ve had constant pain, to varying degrees and nausea that comes and goes. My fever has also come and gone. Should I be going into my doctor before Monday?
