What Causes Constant Pain From Corner Of Eye To Back Of Head?

I have been suffering with constant pain in the right side of my head for years now. It runs from the right side inner corner of my eye on a line to the back side of my head. It also runs to my temple and ear area. It is very miserable and tough to deal with. I have had no luck with any answers to this point.
