What Causes Constant Pain In Chest?

I have had a ct scan if the abdomen and they are a couole of spots coming in the scan. I have had pain in the chest from last couple of weeks now. Gone through all blood tests, xrays, digital xray and one of my cells are high in the blood report. The Dr has been giving me medication for infection and still the pain doesn t stop and they are not able to rule out the disease. Can yoh please help me and guide me in the right direction. Your help will be really appreciated.
