What Causes Constant Pain In Left Arm Along With Asthma And Anxiety?

I keep having left arm pain. Its fairly constant. Very worried about my heart despite all tests being neg. i. e. Stress Echo, EKG, enzymes, 24 hour Holter. Sometimes I get chest discomfort too. I have asthma and anxiety. Just looking for suggestions on how to proceed. Been to ER and PCP so many times.
