What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen All Through The Day?

Hello I have lower back pain, small stomach pains throughout the days for awhile now and pain when I lay on my sides and stomach ..sometimes I feel pain near/under my lower rib cage ..its not really painful they re all small pains throughout out the days. Please help btw I m 19 and I am a smoker (cigarettes) been smoking for about 5 years and I have been diagnosed with graves since I was 13 ..I also have been bleeding for awhile after my depo was over ..my doctor gave me ibuprofen 800 mg to take for 10 days to get the bleeding to stop ..in the middle of taking the pills I got an UTI after being treated for the UTI ..I caught an YEAST Infection my bleeding started back up but instead of spotting its more like my period ..but my cycle have NEVER started in the middle of the month. I m not even sure if it s my period because my stomach pains and side pains have been happening even when I stopped bleeding for those short 1 to 2 days.. and when I have sex, my partner like to go deep but when he does so.. I m in pain ..it feels like air being blown in my stomach until it starts to feel like its being bruised. I know its alot but please help me ..I just want my body back.
