What Causes Constant Pain In Right Eye And Dry Eyes?

Hi , have lately had constant pain in my right eye . Have been diagnosed with dry eyes. The pain never stops . Have also noticed small purple like rash on my cheeks. I have full blown hyper mobility syndrome and fibromyalgia . Having some bloods done next week. What other diagnoses could this possibly be
