What Causes Constant Pain In Upper Chest And Numbness In Arm?

I ve been taking dibenzyline for a week before I undergo surgery for a tumour. I went on a three days drinking alcohol and shooting methamphetamine. Now I m having a constant pain in the upper chest and then numbness on my left arm neck. Am i having heart or stroke attack ?
