What Causes Constant Pressure In Anus?

I keep feeling a constant pressure in my anus for the last week. Sometimes it goes but mostly it s there. Doesn t really hurt. Sometimes feels like I haven t emptied my bowels when I have and can make me go several times (& stools get softer each time), then I don t go again for a while. Just very annoying and worse the more I think about it.
