What Causes Constant Pressure In Bladder Along With Tenderness In Vagina?

Im having a problem with my bladder. Constant feeling of pressure, urinate and still feel like my bladder is going to explode right after standing up, easily leak, pain in the area not while urinating just in general, stick a finger into the vagina and with finger straight whatever that is right there is TENDER. Have had the marana IUD in the past currently use the nexplanon birth control. Only medication Im on.
