What Causes Constant Running Nose?

my nose has been running for the past 1.5 years. i wake up everymorning with a stuffed up nose and i use afrin on a daily basis otherwise i cannot breath. i have tried several allergy medicines and they don't seem to help. i brush my teeth 3x per day and use mouthwash. i do no drugs. what is the problem?
