What Causes Constant Spotting And Inflamed And Swollen Vagina While On Yasmin?

ive been spotting of over a month while ive been on yasmin (have been on it for 2 years), i also noticed last night that one of my vagina lips became inflamed and swolen, i dont know if they are connected in any way, or how to stop both symtoms, or even if its worth bothering my dr with these problems, thanks, jo.
