What Causes Constant Stomach Pain?

Hi, am 24-years Old, Female and married last year March. For the past 4 Month, am getting continuous stomach pain. I met the doctor(Gyn) and took scan and T4 test. And my doctor told all the reports are clear and no issues found. But am getting the stomach pain very often. Please help me to solve my problem.
