What Causes Constant Stomach Problems, Diarrhea, Gas And Abdominal Pain?

I was wondering if my constant stomach problems, diarrhea, lots of intestinal gas, terrible pain and cramping can be a sign of crohn s disease? Both my mother and maternal grand mother passed due to stomach and pancreatic cancer. Is ther a specific test to show for sure if a person actually has crohns?
