What Causes Constant Tears In Eyes?

Ok, my eyes water constantly and eye has confirmed my eyes are find. I am taking allergy medication but this does not help. What other medical condition other than allergy problem could cause my eyes to constantly tear. The skin around my eyes has become sensitive because of this.
