What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate While On Tetralysal?

Hello I'm taking tetralysal since I have acne, I've started almost 3 months ago. However, this last month I've feeling weird, I constantly feel like going to the bathroom but when I go nothing happens. I also feel my belly swollen. Could this be caused by tetralysal. Thank you in advance
