What Causes Constant Watering In Eyes?

Hi, I used to work as an optometrist assistant so I m fairly familiar with dry eyes. I use a combination of clynitas hydrate and blink eye drops.I would use them regularly, however as soon as I go out into the fresh air my eyes really water, to the point there are tears running down my cheek. It s very embarrassing as I constantly look as though I ve been crying. I m 25 years old and when I visit my optician i keep being advised to continue with the drops. Would you have any suggestions as to whether I could be doing anything else to help.I also wear Polaroid sunglasses to help protect my eyes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
