What Causes Constant Weird Feeling In Ear?

I have a weird feeling in one of my ear. It isn't always the same, sometimes it feels like a small object or loose wax. Other times if feels like a liquid is in it. It has been feeling weird for years, but lately it seems to feel more consistently weird.
