What Causes Constipation After Taking Becosule?

My wife was very week 2 yrs back. I have been contantly working on her health and found satisfactory effect on her health. Few days back she started taking bicosule every alternate day. But whenever she take the capsule her toilet becomes very hard next day. Kindly suggest.
