What Causes Constipation Along With Muscle Aches?

my age is 23 .my hight is 5.4. weight is 43 kg.i have stomach problem.piles.constipation for almost a week .i feel muscles pain alot.and i can,t be active.feeling irritation.i forget things mostly .my mind is now very week very much.i often forget the names of common things like table cupboard etc
