What Causes Constipation And Bloody Stool With History Of Fissure And Hemorrhoid?

Hi I had constipation from last four months with Large poop, and very difficult to pass. and some time blood streak on large poop. Now i went to poo, it was soft but painful and sore with blood in poop and tissue paper while whiping. i had fissure and hemorrhoid about 6 month before but it finished. Can u tell what is it?
