What Causes Constipation And Fecal Incontinence During Pregnancy?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have been constipated for a few weeks. However today, I pooped a small bit on myself and didn t realize it until I went to use the restroom and seen it in my undies. Could the baby be putting pressure on my colon causing me to poop myself without really knowing?
