hi..for a long time now my penis REALLY shrinks very small before i take a poo..it almost goes inside my body..!!....im 42....5,7....92kg..fit, healthy..non smoker..light drinker..i do suffer from constipation if i dont keep a check on my fibre and fluid intake..any ideas..
