What Causes Constipation, Dizziness And Abdominal Pain?

My daughter is 19 has recently had several bouts of abdominal pain we were told probably ovarian cyst she just called me having another round but was sweaty and dizzy said it's like right side below rib cage she has been having a lot if constipation recently any ideas?
