What Causes Constipation Followed By Excessive Hunger After Taking MDMA And Xanax?

I recently took ecstasy I would take one or two then a Xanax the next day to get some sleep and then ecstasy again in a cycle for about a week straight and then just every other week in a months time. Then I was constipated and couldn t eat. Then I started getting hungry and eating a lot, but I was having a hard time pooping, so I took a (1) laxative, which did nothing so days later I took (2) and there s visible blood on the toilet paper and in my stool, if I don t plan on going to the doctor, what should I do?
