What Causes Constipation, Nausea, Fatigue And Cramping?

I am a 19 year old young woman. I am not due for a period for another week. I am having constipation, nausea, fatigue, cramping and on the 9th I had some brown discharge with spotting shortly after. I stopped spotting withing an hour. Since then I have just generally felt unwell.
