What Causes Constipation While On Positron?

I am 45 years lady. My weight is 82 kg and height is 156cm. I am using daily 50 thyroxine for my thyroid problem. TSH 10.6 in the begining and now 5.8. Now, I am using positron two times a day since three days. Now, I have constipation problem. I am afraid to continue.
