What Causes Constipation With Frequent Urge For Bowel Movement?

I have interstitial cystitis,but lately its a lot worse,plus they diagnosd me with ibs,but that has always caused me constipation,?the last month or more,ive been having a lot of problems,with my bowels where I really need to go, as soon as I get up in the morning,but have to push,to get anything out,my stool is flat what little come's out,and always full of gas,constantly a feeling in my rectum that I need to go all the time,very uncomfortable,I've lost 10 pounds in the last month with all this?
