What Causes Constipation With History Of Having Hysterctomy?

I had a hysterectomy, several years ago. But now at age 81, everything has dropped down, (where the uterus used to be) every time I have a bowel movement, it is hard to completely finish, and hard to wipe myself off completely afterward. Is there some operation, that I can have, to help make things work better?Please help me,Clara Burkel YYYY@YYYY
