What Causes Continued Light Bleeding After Periods?

hi am very worried as am having light bleeding after my periods. i got my periods on the 5th of september and there is still light bleeding going on. i did have sex on the the 12 of september when i thought it ended. but next morning i saw a little blood and its still on.
