What Causes Continuous Bleeding From The Vagina?

hi, i m really depressed my bleeding never stops and usually i bleed and for less time it stops and usually it stops for two months,and i m bleeding all the time, my period cycle is disappeared,all of my tests scanz are normal blood test is fine aswell please help me to stop my bleeding and to make it regular
