What Causes Continuous Eye Watering?

I had anesthesia due to a procedure yesterday and when I arrived home my right eye started watering. My right sinus is filling up too. Clear liquid but feels like an allergic reaction. Still occurring day two. Can this be related to the anesthesia? Took benydrl as it helped but madee sleepy.
