What Causes Continuous Headache And Muscle Pain?

My wife has ben advised Rozavel 5 mg, but eversince she has been using this, she complains of mild and continous headache, muscle pains, nausea and is always tired, she also complains of having fever but there seems to be no increase inher body temperatuer. Kindly advise
