What Causes Continuous Mucus In Mouth And Chest Pains?

I have in recent months woken up at night due to chalking which I then thought was just saliva gone to the wrong pipe but now see myself producing continuous mucus in my mouth which is embaracing to keep spitting all the time so I end up swallowing it. to add on to that I once in a while feel some chest pains right between my breast and another below my heart. I am a 45 years old married male with four children, based in Blantyre Malawi. Also, I have BP problem and I am on a daily HCT and Enarapril with Aspirini; and ocasionally I feel light headed. What could this be? Please advise...
