What Causes Continuous Tightness And Pressure In Head, Tiredness And Depression?

I have continual tightness or pressure in my head sometimes with a headache. It feels like I have liquid in my head. I am tired all the time and no motivation when a year ago I was very energetic. I am depressed because I feel like I am in a continual fog or my mind feels flakey. I have had ex rays and MRI of my sinuses. They were blocked and took antibiotics which somewhat cleared it up but I still have all other symptoms.
