What Causes Continuous Vaginal Bleeding After Having Depo Shot?

Hi, I had a baby 8 months ago and about 5 months ago I decided to get the depo, I didn t like the symptoms so I didn t get the second shot, but for approximately 3 to four months now I ve been having vaginal bleeding non stop. What could that be?
