What Causes Continuous Vaginal Bleeding?

I am 40 yrs old female. I have heavy bleeding and it is continuing for many months. I had once a DNC performed, but the bleeding did not stop. Also i am taking 10 mg 4 tablets daily of DUPHSTON.

But i am not well .Please help me .I dont know what is happenning with me .
