What Causes Contractions And Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi my name is Samantha McClellan .I am a 19year old female.I'm pregnant with twins and i am having probmles .I am due july 8th 2014.But ive started having conterashions and clear stuff driping out of my vagina.. do you think it would be a good ida to go get check or can i do that at home ??????
