What Causes Copper Taste In The Mouth, Mood Swings And Spotting After Giving Birth?

im 27 female height 5ft 5in (i think) just had a baby in the last 6 months. and i recently noticed in the last couple days that things are changing on me. My breast are getting slightly bigger (bigger than normal bcz breast feeding) cooper taste in my mouth, mood swings, light head aches, feeling little sick and blood stained discharge please help ....
